About the RoleWe are looking for a responsible, punctual, and safety-conscious Delivery Driver to support our distribution operations. This individual will play a key role in transporting our packaged and kegged beer to retail partners, restaurants, and event venues across Colorado. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and thrives on staying on schedule and maintaining excellent customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities------------- Execute safe and timely delivery of beer to various retail, restaurant, and wholesale partners.
------------- Load and unload products, ensuring proper handling of kegs, cases, and branded materials (e.g., tap handles, stickers).
------------- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, invoices, inventory transfers, and returned items (including keg shells).
------------- Coordinate with the production team to understand and anticipate delivery schedules and product availability.
------------- Communicate delivery status, issues, or delays clearly and promptly to the distribution team.
------------- Ensure vehicle is clean, road-safe, and compliant with maintenance and insurance requirements.
------------- Uphold all local and federal alcohol distribution regulations.
Qualifications and Skills------------- Minimum 2 years of experience in delivery, ideally in beer, beverage, or alcohol distribution.
------------- Clean driving record; must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
------------- Strong organizational and time-management skills; ability to meet tight delivery windows.
------------- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
------------- Ability to lift 55 lbs and operate a hand truck or dolly for loading/unloading.
------------- Must be available to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
------------- Familiarity with inventory tracking or POS systems (e.g., QuickBooks) is a plus.
------------- Must be 21 years or older

------------- Compensation: $18 - $22 per hour
------------- Company Van for deliveries
------------- Schedule: 40 hours required including nights and weekends when necessary. Overnight travel occasionally as defined by need.
