Description:Position Summary: Responsible for helping patients
resolve their accounts.Position ResponsibilitiesReceive inbound
calls and make outbound calls to patients regarding their self-pay
and balance-after-insurance medical accounts through designated
dialer pools as assigned Address questions patients may have
regarding their accounts.Secure timely repayment of accounts within
client parametersTake and report payment informationHelp patient
understand their financial obligationEducate patients regarding
their payment options in a professional and ethical
mannerFacilitate appropriate account resolution in coordination
with other FPRS departments in the occasional circumstance in which
the account may not, or may not yet be, entirely patient's
responsibilityNegotiate payment arrangements with patientsUpdate
demographic information on accountsVerify the patient's identity
prior to disclosing informationDisposition accounts appropriately
once the file has been workedBe logged into the dialer and ready
for calls at your shift start timeRespect your fellow coworkers,
management, clients and consumersAdhere to PFC Core Values, Mission
and Vision StatementsMaintain productivity as defined by Key
Performance IndicatorsOther duties and responsibilities as may be
assigned periodically by managementIf tested for PAR II or PAR III
you may be asked to perform the following:Assist in monthly or
quarterly trainingsCalculate and appropriately approve settle in
full discountsAssist in shadowing PAR level representatives and
provide feedbackMentor PAR level representativesAssist in
Multichannel effortsRequirements:Essential Skills and

skillsStrong computer and phone etiquette skills Strong analytical,
organizational, time management and multi-tasking skillsMaintain a
professional appearance and positive attitude and imageAbility to

standardsRequired Education and ExperienceHigh School Diploma or
GED or relevant experience that is equivalentMedical office
