difference. Join us!Position Description:Cybersecurity exercises
are an integral part of Global Information Security's strategy to
improve cyber readiness and proactively reduce risk. They
contribute to the training and coordination between Global
Information Security and the bank's lines of business through
discussion and operations-based exercises. This role will design,
execute, and facilitate cyber-focused exercises to identify
opportunities for improvement across the "people, process and
technology" strategic framework. Observations from exercises are
reviewed, approved, assigned and actively tracked to completion.
The Senior Exercise Planner will work with key partners to lead the
efforts of designing threat scenarios, identifying participants,
and executing the exercise against the planned
scenarios.Additionally, this role will coordinate with both
internal and external partners to proactively identify
cybersecurity exercise opportunities based on the current threat
landscape. This includes routinely interacting with and influencing
multiple organizations and levels of leadership, including
executives. Applicants should have a proven track record of
leadership and navigating across organizational lines. Desired
