Job Description:
A company is looking for an Operations Manager to support
day-to-day field operations of its Mobile Engineering service
line.
Key Responsibilities
Lead a team of Mobile Engineering Coordinators and manage daily
operations
Oversee accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and administrative
processes
Prepare monthly invoices and monitor compliance and performance
metrics
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in reporting, forecasting, and process
improvement
Degree in finance or a related field
Prior experience in facilities management is beneficial
High-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel and knowledge of CMMS
Excellent managerial skills with experience managing teams across
different time zones
