Job Description:
A company is looking for a Financial Advocate Representative to
evaluate financial assistance applications for charity care
recommendations.
Key Responsibilities
Evaluate documentation to approve or deny charity and indigent care
applications
Contact patients to obtain necessary financial verifications and
documentation
Maintain accurate logs of accounts approved or denied for financial
assistance
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
High School Diploma or equivalent; a 4-year college degree in
Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related area is
preferred
Bilingual preferred
Basic knowledge of government programs
Intermediate analytical and mathematical skills
Basic Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel)
